Kayt
McGeary CEP.
I truly believe people are capable of incredible things when they have the support they need.
I help others achieve their goals while inspiring them to enjoy their learning journey and to not be afraid of being a bit different.
WELCOME
Meet Kayt.
Referred to by business leaders as 'the missing link', Kayt 'Gears' McGeary is a Training Development Professional and System Optimisation Specialist who has spent over 25 years doing one thing exceptionally well: getting into the middle of complex systems, broken processes and stuck people — and making them work.
With a background spanning workforce development, career coaching and business consultancy, Kayt has run national training programs, coached 2,500+ adult learners, and built a reputation across the country for being direct, practical, and genuinely effective. She doesn't dress things up. She fixes them.
That is, until she quit her profession to become a bag lady — again.
But that's a story for another page.
